We are looking for a passionate and proactive Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our dynamic Source-to-Contract (S2C) Customer Experience team. In this role, you will be the trusted advisor to our S2C customers, driving satisfaction, adoption, and long-term value realization from our Source-to-Contract solution. You’ll work closely with clients across various industries, helping them achieve their business goals through strategic advice, best-practice guidance, and a deep understanding of their needs.

Take full ownership of high-value customer relationships, drive adoption and retention across a large, strategic book of business, and serve as a trusted advisor to leaders in the construction space. You’ll report to the Director of Customer Success and collaborate closely with teammates across Product, Support, Sales, and Implementation to ensure every customer unlocks the full value of Kojo.

You’ll need to be a people person, with great sales skills, resilient and persuasive. Active listening and understanding the customers needs are key in this role so that an appropriate product can be offered to the customer. You'll manage inbound calls from existing customers moving out, landlords closing accounts, and new occupiers, meeting KPIs and sales targets.

In this role, you will ensure our health system clients have a positive experience with SmarterDx by developing deep relationships with clients, from hospital CFOs to Clinical Documentation Specialists to IT managers and beyond. This position requires exceptional project management, relationship-building, and communication skills.

This role manages District and School level accounts, and you will drive successful implementations at scale while also achieving Renaissance’s business outcomes. You will drive adoption, retention, and expansion among some of our most valuable customers by understanding their needs, and defining success criteria to help them achieve their goals; build, manage, and leverage key stakeholder relationships to build awareness across the entire district.
